4、课前三分钟教师们能快速到岗，组织学生做好课前准备。

三、一些建议

1、课堂上，教师们在陶醉于自己的教学时，腾出一只眼睛看看孩子们是不是都跟上了你的思路；在高兴地与优生交流时，腾出一只眼睛鼓励差生不要恢心，不让他们远离了你的学科学习。

1、排好值日表。

首先，我和学生们一起排好值日表。借鉴邓秀英老师的班级岗位责任制的经验，根据孩子们的不同特点，将教室地面卫生、教室门前卫生、卫生区卫生任务包干到人，做到“人人有事干，事事有人干”。

2、培训值日生。
