我觉得我和你的类型差不多
语法题几乎就是看感觉
这一点我也是只能看别人的意见
不误人子弟了
但我相信你努力，花一些心思之后会有进步的
语法这个东西我个人觉得比较系统
最好拿一个错题本记录你做的错题（或把以前的错题搜集好仔细反思）
你们那边的学校应该每天都会有一次高考题量的听力小练习吧
把握好这个练习
数量上不求多 这个题量正好
但是一定要保证质量 要尽量听懂
有些地方没听清的话尽量去借到听力材料原文和磁带翻阅一下
不要仅仅满足于正确率
阅读最好保证每天一份高考题量的阅读量
保持一定的手感
并且做完之后最好把一些经常见到的不认识的单词记录下来
估计是考试热点嘛
可能写作文的时候也管用（可能会是特别好的单词啊）
错误的原因最好也需要反思一下
但是我也无法保证英语阅读和数学物理化学生物一样
通过努力就可以不踏入同一条河流犯同一类型的错误
完形填空27分不错嘛
但是也最好多总结一下以前的错误比较好
毕竟完形填空还是学习过的英语知识运用嘛
可以尽量避免的知识性错误就不要再犯
填词我们湖南省已经不考了
这个我也没有办法
作文在保证不出现大的错误的基础上
可以试图去用一些好的词语，词组或句子
考试的时候尽量去相信第一感觉
我去年高考本来做第一遍完形填空只错两个
但是我后来只改了三个 全部改错 很遗憾
另外一定要休息好
千万别背上心理包袱
（像你这个想上140的想法就有可能变成一个巨大的心理包袱）
欲速则不达嘛，尽量顺其自然就好
考试的时候千万别去想分数的事
数理化生可以靠强行努力得到一个所期望的高分
但英语这个东西对各种因素要求都很高
环境因素等等等等都会对你的成绩有影响

做了这么多卷子了，应该知道自己的薄弱点或者是提升空间比较大的地方在哪里了，是听力？阅读？作文？还是其他？
不知道你是那里的考生，如果是全国卷，分数构成如下：
辨音5个5分
单选15个15分
完型20个30分
阅读20个40分
补全对话5个5分
单词拼写10个10分
改错10个十五分
作文30分
要考140，意味着失分控制在10分之内，那你就要看了，根据自己的情况分配这十分，例如我的话：辨音不失分，单选1*1，完型2*1，阅读1*2，对话不失分，单词不失分，改错不失分，作文扣5，这样就控制在了10分。
个人经验，英语高考要想拿高分，成也阅读，败也阅读，所以阅读一定要保证准确率。另外象我所说，要看看自己还想提升哪一块儿，就专题突破。可以买星火（高三时用过，感觉很好，大学里四六级也一直在用。）或者其它题，坚持做下来，并且做错的、不懂得一定要问老师。如此这般，各个击破。
当然要有计划，不要急于求成。虽然我高考没考上140，但是模考还是上过几次的，而且高中三年都是英语课代表，现在大二，带过英语家教。希望我的经验对你有所帮助吧。
