Guangzhou is the capital and the sub-provincial city of Guangdong Province in the southern part of the People's Republic of China. The city is also known by an older English-language name, Canton. It is a port on the Pearl River, navigable to the South China Sea, and is located about 120km north-west of Hong Kong. Under the Communist government, Guangzhou was developed as an industrial center and a modern port, with a great trade to and from Hong Kong.

其实想写好高考英语作文很简单，1是字体好看不要犯简单的错误，2尽量使用有些难度的复合句，特别是第一句话很重要，建议用定语、状语重句或者强调句开场。这样会给人一种高水平的感觉，只要第一感觉有了，分数也自然上去了，在考试中写错了不要紧，只能用笔在上面清清的划道斜线但是要注意不要影响到卷面的清洁度我建议你先打个草稿，用自己能看动的字体飞速的写好然后重新修改一下最后再抄到卷面上虽然有点费时但是你的英语字体工整卷面干净可以至少多拿3分这是我多年的经验按照这中方法你必须练英语字体尽量优美点开头再配上一个复杂点的句子只要后面再出现3个复合句并且没有错句和表达意思上的错误出现整体绝对在20分以上我可以保证。
