实盘对应的是虚拟盘。
实盘指的是用真金白银去做交易，也就是真实的股票交易。需要你去券商开户，存钱，进行股票买卖。
而虚拟盘是不用真钱的，当然，盈亏也不会产生真正的损失和收益。虚拟盘只是为了新手体会市场，或者是比赛之用。
股票实盘是指发盘人（发价人）对接受人所提出的是一项内容完整、明确、肯定的交易条件，一旦送达受盘人（即接受人或称受发价人）之后。
则对发盘人产生拘束力，发盘人在实盘规定的有效期内不得将其撤销或加以变更。表明发盘人有肯定订立合同的意图。

一项发盘被当作实盘则应具备的以下条件：
(1)形式条件
在实际业务中，发盘一般都附有表示意旨的有关术语，如“发盘”、“递实盘”、“发实盘”等字样。如该发盘系实盘通常都应注明“发实盘”的字样。
(2)时间条件
实盘应明示其有效期限。如“发盘限本月25日下午4时复到”，就表明该项实盘在其有效期限内受其约束，过期失效。
(3)实质条件
实盘应具备的交易条件，即商品的名称、品质、数量、价格、包装、交货、付款等。而且以上交易条件的表述用词必须明确。不能有“大约”、“估计”、“可能”等语。
