一般来说，需要药厂自己或第三方进行不良事件编码AE Coding，比如使用MedDRA字典，这样这些verbatim term就都归类到同一个Preferred Term:Upper Respiratory Tract Infection,System Organ Class:Respiration System。这是个随便写的例子，没有去查Meddra。
